     浙江省农业生物资源生化制造协同创新中心为20155月由浙江省教育厅,浙江省财政厅联合发文认定的第三批浙江省“2011协同创新中心”。

      本中心着力于农业生物资源替代化石紧缺资源,面向我省传统农业加工产业升级和战略新兴产业发展的要求,重点围绕生物源活性物、生物源蛋白、生物源油脂、木质纤维、生物源糖、生物气与炭等六个领域研究与开发,通过化学制造技术、生物制造技术、循环利用技术等三大技术集成,组建了了由国家、省“千人计划”、省特级专家等领衔的协同创新团队,形成了汇聚5支浙江省重点科技创新团队,5个省部级重点实验室、5个国家和省部级技术研究平台、1个国家级工程实践教育中心、10家校企联合研发中心、1个国际合作平台的协同创新体。

     中心在前瞻性科学与核心技术、产业共性与关键技术、新产品研制与高新技术企业培育等三个层面进行跨学科、跨学产研政协同科技创新和人才培养,立足于“不与人争粮糖油果蔬,不与粮糖油果蔬争地”的农业生物资源,立足于农业生物资源全生物利用、全过程利用、高值化利用,使农业生物资源利用向分子与基因水平层次提升,向化学与生物绿色制造纵深推进,向紧缺资源替代方向发展,促进农业加工业向生物产业、新材料产业、新能源产业等战略性新兴产业方向转型升级。

Brief Introduction of Synergistic Innovation Center of Biochemical Manufacturing of Agricultural Biological Resources in Zhejiang Province

    Synergistic Innovation Center of Biochemical Manufacturing of Agricultural Biological Resources in Zhejiang Province was authenticated as the third batch of “2011 Collaborative Innovation Center” by the Department of Education and Department of Finance of Zhejiang Province in May 2015.

   The Center focuses on the replacement of fossil fuels for agricultural biological resources and aims to upgrade the traditional agricultural processing industry and develop new strategic industries in our province. It targets the research and development of biological actives, bio-source protein, bio-source oil, wood fiber, bio gas, and charcoal through utilizing the integrated technology of chemical manufacturing technology, biological manufacturing technology, and recycling technology. It has set up an innovative team composed of experts from the national and provincial “Talent Development Plan,” provincial specialists, and formed a collaborative innovation with the convergence of five key scientific and technological innovation teams in Zhejiang Province, five provincial and ministerial level key laboratories, five national and provincial technical research platforms, a national engineering practice education center, 10 school-enterprise joint research and development Center, and an international cooperation platform.

   The center develops innovation and cultivates proficiency among multi-disciplinary, research and policy in three aspects of prospective

   science and core technology, industrial generic and key technologies, new product development and high-tech enterprise training. Based on the principle of “No scramble for agricultural biological resources with people and land” and making full and effective use of agricultural biological resources. They intend to promote agricultural biological resources to the molecular and genetic level, achieve chemical and biological green manufacturing, alternate the shortage of resources, and promote the agricultural processing industry to be transformed to a strategic emerging industry, such as the biological industry, new material industry, and new energy industry.
